New Prototype 0.1.0 Build!

- Change Log -

- Added sprite blinking on damage

- Added dropped item despawning and blinking

- Finished death functionality

- Added game icon

- Added Splash screen

- Added Title screen

- Fixed animations, making them more responsive. (Still working on jump animation lingering)

- Added looking down mechanic

- Made sprint speed build up faster

- The player keeps sprint speed while jumping in the air and slowly loses speed every time they touch the ground

- (Other general fixes that I forgot to list here)
